Little Bit - 10yo John Mule
Little Bit is a 10yo - 14 hand john mule. (NOTE: we have not had coggins pulled since we bought him. We feel he is younger...8yo) We are unsure of what color to call him, but he has a beautiful blaze. Little Bit is easy to catch, groom and saddle. He loves to be caught and begs at the gate if you do not catch him. He is the kind that stands at the gate waiting patiently when you are working outside! Little Bit rides out front, in the middle or rear. He has also been ridden alone. Currently our 12 year old daughter is riding him and is enjoying his willingness. She loves to ask new things of him. Michael and I got a big kick out of watching her work Little Bit in the round pen with her rain poncho. We were not sure if he had ever been ridden with one. After she got finished playing with him, she was swinging it around his entire body. He has been ridden both English and Western. Previously he was jumped and used to pack. Ruth Grace has ridden him on several camping trips and he does great. She has also enjoyed bathing him. He is quiet the ham when you point the water hose at him! Little Bit is going to Southern Illinois to spend his time riding in Colorado and Montana. Hope y'all enjoy him and happy trails!
